A comment, compliment or complaint can be submitted in the following ways:

You can talk to any member of our staff, a manager or the complaints officer;
By email to tellus@rhd.ie.
By letter to Complaints Manager, The Royal Hospital Donnybrook, Morehampton Road, Dublin 4.
Our information leaflet “How to make Comments, Suggestions and Complaints” is widely available on all units in the hospital.
