The Information Guide below has been prepared in accordance with Section 15 and Section 16 of the Freedom of Information Act 1997 and 2003 (FOI Act).
Section 7 and Section 8 of the guide explain the different types of access to information that are available and how to make a request for information under the FOI Act.
