The Royal Hospital Donnybrook provides Post-Acute, Stroke Rehabilitation, Neurorehabilitation and General Rehabilitation services, Day Hospital services, Respite and Residential Care services to adults. The hospital is a voluntary, charitable organization. Services are provided on a not-for- profit basis.
Purpose of the Post
The Services Development Lead will be a senior member of the Hospital Management Team and will exercise a broad management function to lead the overall integration of clinical, information and maintenance support services, to ensure that hospital services are delivered at optimum efficiency and effectiveness.
He/She will have responsibility for the management, planning and execution of specific projects assigned to him/her by the Chief Executive Officer.
Person Specification / Qualifications and experience
The successful candidate must:
- Nursing, Allied health or other health related qualification
- Cross-functional working in a health care related industry, with evidence of ability to lead
- Management qualification (or in pursuit thereof).
- ICT qualification/project management experience
