The Finance Department has responsibility for ensuring the day to day activities and resources of the hospital are managed and coordinated so as to provide a patient-centered service which is delivered through efficient management of the hospital’s finances.

The Finance Department maintains effective processes to provide appropriate and robust financial management support to the Hospital Management Team.

The role of the Finance Department includes:

• Accounts Payable
• Accounts Receivable
• Payroll
• Financial Reporting
