The Neurorehabilitation service provides rehabilitation programmes facilitating adults (under-65 years of age) with varying degrees of disability to return to their communities.

A specialist rehabilitation consultant-led multidisciplinary team works with patients, their families and carers to achieve the best possible outcome from their individually tailored goal-specific neurorehabilitation programme, aiming to provide patients with the tools necessary to be in charge of their recovery .

Conditions treated include multiple sclerosis and acquired brain injury. Five of the 12 beds are dedicated to progressive neurological conditions

The Neurorehabilitation unit is a 12-bed unit providing neurorehabilitation for up to 12 weeks.
